Crispy and juicy. This is a special Barbera that, growing 100% in Serralunga (here the 90% of the grapes is Nebbiolo da Barolo), bring a lot from the minerality of the soil. Easy and complex at the same time this wine is very well appreciated from who know about wines and who do not know nothing about wines.

Food Pairings: Meat, in particular Barbeque is the best pairing but thanks to the acidity.  Compliments all kinds of food.
