The 2021 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio Soll is punchy and bright with great acidity and drying sensations at the back. The wine falls gently onto the palate with rather neutral Golden Delicious apple and pear, but the pretty mineral elements ultimately define this vintage. The wine sees nine months of aging in stainless steel and large oak casks. Some 25,000 bottles were made.
