The 2018 Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Vial offers an immediate mineral note that pops bright from the bouquet and is followed by honey, pear and white peach. However, the beauty of the wine remains in the fact that you can so clearly recognize those dolomitic mineral nuances. Mountain herb and dried sage also make distant appearances. I highly recommend this beautiful wine.​
