Dusty dried flowers mix with crushed rocks, lemon oil and opal apple as the NV Brut Cuvee Real blossoms in the glass. This is supple and round, quite elegant in feel, with a balanced inner sweetness offsetting hints of sour citrus, an almondy richness forms toward the close. Nuances of burnt sugar and brown spice linger, even as the Cuvee Real maintains a marvelous freshness. There's so much pleasure to be found here. Drinking window: 2022-2026.
