Enotec Imports 2.0 is committed to delivering your wine purchases in a timely and secure manner. Our shipping rates are competitive and are based on the weight of your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100. All of our wines are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Enotec Imports 2.0 wants you to be completely satisfied with your wine purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any bottles that are damaged or defective. If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unopened condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
