In the Glass: Made from nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in Barolo and Novello. Aged in oak barrelsfor as long as necessary to give great breed characteristics to a wine that is already great in origin. On the nose it is seductive and complex, on the palate dense and velvety but also vigorous and with character, at the same time filigree, elegant and, in its own way,harmonious. Notes of wood and almonds, fine alcohol, well harmonized and firm tannins: balanced and long. A wine for aging but excellent even now.

Food Pairings: Braised meats and game, roasted meat dishes such as pork arista or Florentine steak, or with blue cheeses such as gorgonzola or roquefort.
