In the Glass: Amarone Riserva is ruby red, with deep and full colour and vivid reflections. At the nose itis inebriating. It opens up slowly to reveal the typical scents from Valpolicella hills: ripe cherry, red berries and in the end a pleasant note of spices. In the mouth it is exciting. Its strength and elegance are enveloped in soft roundness with gentle tannins for a clean ending of the sip.
Food Pairings: Amarone Riserva is best enjoyed alongside game meat succulent and very elaborated dishes. It also suits very well for an after-dinner drink in good company. Recommended serving temperature 20ĚŠ.
